Great to meet you!

Mental health has always been a passion of mine. I received my Bachelors from University of Tampa in Business Management, minoring in Psychology and my masters, +18, from Liberty University. I worked as a school counselor for 6 years, at 3 different tile 1 schools. Since the pandemic, I have transition to virtual work only. I have seen great success and clients are loving the convenience! Most of my work is done with individuals age ranging from about 10-70 yrs old, couples, and families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Most often, CBT therapy is used in session, but we not limited to only that type of work. I work diligently along side of client to find the best approach for them and their goals.

What you can expect from our first session

The most significant things I want clients to leave each session with, is a trusted client/therapist relationship, a place to feel safe and free of any judgement, hope for the future, and a plan on how to execute growth!
