Great to meet you!

You may be navigating life’s challenges—grief, anxiety, family stress, or transitions—and seeking meaningful change. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of the next step, but you also hold the strength to move forward. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support and collaboration as you define your goals and rediscover your resilience. One of the first questions I’ll ask is “How will you know when you no longer need therapy?” Maybe it’s smiling more, crying less, or setting healthier boundaries. Whatever your answer, I’ll hold space with empathy and curiosity as we explore the path to get you there—together.

My approach to therapy

My experience working with children and families, young adults, people who have experienced trauma, and people who are in bereavement allows me to look at an individual’s life in the context that is unique to them. Together, we will work through a healing process to help you meet whatever goal you may have.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I’m honored to be considered as part of your journey. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to, you don't have to face it alone. I’m here to listen without judgment and walk alongside you at your pace. I look forward to connecting when you’re ready.
