I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation within the state of Ohio. I received my BS in Psychology and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I particularly enjoy working with women and teens wanting to build self esteem, self awareness and/or cultivate healthier relationships. I also have knowledge and experience working with introversion and HSP's (Highly Sensitive Person).
I am a clinician that practices primarily from a holistic perspective. This perspective views each person as a whole, focusing on the mind and body; and not just a person's symptoms. I like to help clients explore deeper into the complex nature of their problems and help them to recondition negative patterns and thought processes.
I want clients to feel empowered and build trust in themselves. I want to provide clients with an open, non-judgmental space to feel heard and seen. I also enjoy incorporating mindfulness, art, and alternative approaches in my practice for clients who don't prefer using traditional methods.
