Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Brittany Davis. I received my Masters in mental health counseling and wellness from New York University. Since this time, I've worked with individuals struggling with eating disorders and other co-occuring disorders, along with self-esteem issues, body-image struggles, relationship issues, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I approach this work in an empathetic and non-judgemental manner; utilizing a humanistic, person-centered approach, while emphasizing self-efficacy and overall well-being. I use a combination of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution focused therapy to help individuals in recognizing their inner strength and most authentic self.

What you can expect from me

In this work, I emphasize autonomy and my client's ability to make effective shifts in life patterns that no longer serve them.
