Great to meet you!
I offer in-person therapy in Carrollwood and specialize in supporting adults navigating the lasting effects of trauma—whether from difficult childhood environments, painful relationships, or growing up feeling unsafe, unseen, or unsupported. I also work with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, or better understand the patterns shaping their relationship. Many of the people I work with appear high-functioning on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. These patterns often began as ways to cope with unpredictable or invalidating environments and can feel difficult to change.

Couples
I also work with couples who want to deepen their understanding of each other, improve communication, and build healthier, more supportive patterns within their relationship. Together, we focus on strengthening connection, navigating conflict more effectively, and creating a stronger foundation for the relationship.
Who I Work Best With
I work best with adults who grew up in environments where their emotional needs were overlooked or inconsistent and now find themselves repeating painful patterns in relationships or struggling internally despite appearing “put together.”Many clients I work with are thoughtful and self-aware but feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, over-giving, or constantly trying to keep the peace while their own needs go unmet.
