Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who values curiosity, collaboration, and meeting you where you are. I’ve had the honor of working in this field for over 10 years, and I’m still deeply passionate about the work I do. My approach is grounded in showing up as a human sitting with another human. I prioritize getting to know you as the complex individual you are and building a strong, trusting, therapeutic relationship above everything else.

Therapy won’t make you perfect or more worthy, but that’s not the goal. When you feel lost, overwhelmed, or alone in your experience, I’ll sit with you in that space. With compassion and honesty, I’ll support you in understanding yourself more deeply and figuring out what you want out of your life and how to move toward it.

My approach to therapy

I believe one of the most important parts of my work is staying curious. I regularly take classes and attend seminars to deepen my understanding of effective ways to support clients, so I can offer a broad and flexible toolkit. This allows me to provide care that is thoughtful and individualized. I primarily draw from IFS, ACT, DBT, and CBT, tailoring the approach and combination to each client’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be focused on hearing your story up to this point so that we have the context needed to move forward. We'll discuss your personal goals and options to move forward with those goals.
