Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Bryan. I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Hope Empowerment Therapy. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges related to trauma, relationships, emotional regulation, identity, and self-worth.

My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based methods like Symbolic-experiential Therapy, Gottman Method, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Whether you’re working through childhood wounds, struggling with communication in your relationship, trying to manage anxiety, or trying to show up as your best self, I’m here to walk alongside you.

I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and have years of experience helping clients gain clarity, emotional resilience, and healthier connection with themselves and others. I’m passionate about creating space for my clients to explore their emotional world without judgment or shame.

Therapy with me isn’t about "fixing" you. It’s about understanding you, empowering you, and building a foundation for real change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, direct, and grounded in respect. I meet clients where they are while helping them move toward deeper insight, emotional balance, and more satisfying relationships.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. I also draw from Symbolic Experiential Therapy to explore the emotional, often unspoken dynamics that shape a person’s sense of self, family, and identity. For couples, I use the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and increase emotional connection through practical tools and structured interventions.

Whether we’re addressing anxiety, relational conflict, past trauma, or emotional numbness, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, honest, and change-oriented. I believe therapy works best when it combines meaningful emotional work with clear strategies that empower you to live and love more fully.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a therapy experience that feels grounded, honest, and supportive. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, improve your relationships, and feel more in control of your emotional world.

You’ll leave sessions with practical tools, whether that’s strategies for managing anxiety, skills to improve communication, or insights into how your past may be shaping your present. We’ll work on developing emotional awareness, setting healthier boundaries, and building resilience at a pace that feels right for you.

I create a space where clients feel heard and challenged, but never judged. Whether you're showing up to process pain, strengthen a relationship, or work through a stuck pattern, therapy with me is about clarity, growth, and moving forward with confidence.
