Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make the process feel approachable and collaborative from the start. I’m a licensed psychologist based in Texas, and I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, and major life transitions.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need space to sort things out, we’ll work together to clarify what matters to you and take steps in that direction. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions and aim to create a space that feels supportive, real, and helpful.

My approach to therapy

I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I use a mix of evidence-based practices, including DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and the Gottman Method for couples, so we can find what works best for you. My style is warm, straightforward, and grounded in meeting you where you are.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me isn’t about "fixing you" it’s about creating a space where you can get curious about what’s going on beneath the surface and start moving in a direction that feels more aligned with who you are. I aim to make each session feel useful, whether that’s through building insight, learning a new skill, or simply having the space to talk through something that’s been weighing on you.

Clients often tell me they walk away with more clarity about what they’re feeling and why, and a better sense of what they want or need next. We might work on practical tools to navigate stress, conflict, or big emotions, or we might slow down and explore the deeper patterns that keep showing up in your life and relationships. My hope is that over time, you feel more grounded, more self-aware, and more connected to what actually matters to you, not just in theory, but in your day-to-day life.

Every session is a little different, because every person is different. Some weeks will feel more structured, others more reflective. But throughout our work, I want you to feel supported, challenged when it’s helpful, and reminded that change is possible, even if it’s slow or messy.
