Great to meet you!

As a child therapist, my focus is on providing specialized mental health support to children and adolescents. I am trained in child development, and various therapeutic approaches, including play therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy. With 25 years of experience with children, I believe that all children should have the opportunity to grow into their full selves. My goal is to create a safe space for young individuals to express themselves and navigate their emotions.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I specialize in utilizing play therapy techniques to support individuals on their mental health journey. I create a warm and welcoming environment where clients, especially children, can express themselves Play therapy serves as a powerful tool to explore emotions, enhance communication, and address challenges in a non-directive and engaging manner. By incorporating play into the therapeutic process, I aim to foster a deeper understanding and promote positive change.

What you can expect from me

Clients will gain valuable insights and coping skills that contribute to their emotional well-being. The interactive and non-directive nature of play allows them to express and process complex emotions in a comfortable setting. In addition, the therapeutic relationship established through play fosters trust and a sense of security. Ultimately, children will take away a stronger sense of self-awareness, resilience, and the tools needed to navigate their unique life experiences.
