Great to meet you!

Have you found some success with talk therapy but feel ready for something more? Have you tried making changes, only to fall back into old patterns you know aren’t serving you? Maybe you’ve even thought, “I know better, so why am I still doing this?” You might have turned to self-criticism, hoping it would motivate change, but it only caused more harm. If you're ready for something different from talk therapy, you're in the right place.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach that considers the mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences have shaped your worldview and gently uncover the roots of emotional pain. As an EMDR-trained clinician, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Age Regression Certified practitioner, Certified Somatic Therapy Foundations Practitioner, and Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, I draw from modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed therapy, somatic approaches, and hypnotherapy to support deep, lasting healing.

My work focuses on helping you break free from self-limiting beliefs, build confidence in your decisions, and strengthen your sense of identity. I also support individuals navigating relational trauma, including emotionally abusive and narcissistic relationship dynamics. Together, we’ll develop a deeper understanding of who you are, what you want from life, and how to move toward it with clarity and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll shift your relationship with yourself and the world. You’ll learn to quiet your inner critic, cultivate self-compassion, and break free from negative thought patterns. By reconnecting with your inner voice and intuition, you’ll make choices that align with your values, leading to greater joy and fulfillment. I provide a safe, supportive, and fully telehealth-based space tailored to your needs, so you can access guidance and healing from the comfort of your own home.
