Great to meet you!

When trauma, anxiety, major life transitions, or questions about identity begin affecting your relationships, confidence, or sense of self, it can feel difficult to know where to turn. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, maternal mental health concerns, LGBTQIA+ experiences, and identity related challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by difficult life experiences, struggling to adjust to significant changes, questioning their place in the world, or carrying emotional pain that continues to impact their daily lives. Whether you're navigating pregnancy and postpartum changes, relationship concerns, grief, trauma, identity exploration, or major transitions in work, family, or personal life, therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand your experiences and move toward healing. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen self understanding, and create a life that feels more authentic, connected, and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful healing begins with understanding how your experiences, relationships, and personal story have shaped the way you see yourself and the world around you. My approach is collaborative, insightful, and trauma informed, helping clients explore patterns while building practical tools for growth and change. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Trauma Focused approaches, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Seeking Safety principles to support lasting healing. Together, we may explore trauma, anxiety, depression, maternal mental health concerns, family issues, relationship challenges, PTSD, stress management, cultural identity concerns, LGBTQIA+ experiences, transgender concerns, and life transitions. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you develop greater self awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence in navigating life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and affirming environment where you feel respected, understood, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where you can openly explore challenges, gain deeper insight into your experiences, and develop meaningful strategies for moving forward. As we work together, you can build healthier coping skills, stronger relationships, improved emotional regulation, greater confidence, and a deeper connection to yourself and your values. Whether you're navigating trauma, identity exploration, maternal mental health concerns, anxiety, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and equipped to create the life you want with clarity, purpose, and self compassion.
