Great to meet you!

My path into counseling was shaped by diverse experiences in international business and education, but serving others has always been at the heart of my work. Therapy is where I found my true calling.

As a bilingual therapist who speaks Spanish and a first-generation professional, I understand the unique pressures, expectations, and cultural dynamics that can shape identity, family roles, and life transitions. I bring a multicultural perspective and a deep respect for each client’s individual story.

I am EMDR-trained, certified in DBT, and specialize in CBT, integrating evidence-based approaches to help clients manage anxiety, mood challenges, and major life transitions.

I also incorporate mindfulness and holistic strategies, including grounding and sensory-based interventions, to support emotional regulation and overall well-being. My goal is to provide a space that feels safe, collaborative, and growth-oriented—where you can build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I help individuals experiencing stress and anxiety regain a sense of balance, clarity, and emotional stability. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed and are looking for practical, effective tools—not just a space to talk.

My approach is holistic and integrative. I combine evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR with mindfulness and grounding strategies to create meaningful, lasting change. Sessions are collaborative and structured, focusing on building coping skills, strengthening emotional regulation, and increasing self-awareness.

Clients leave therapy not only feeling heard, but equipped with actionable strategies they can apply in their daily lives, relationships, and careers.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, structured, and non-judgmental environment. My role is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and safe to share at your own pace.

We will begin by discussing what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to achieve. I may ask questions about your history, relationships, and coping patterns to better understand the full picture. Together, we will begin identifying goals and outlining a direction for our work.

Before scheduling, I offer a complimentary 10-minute phone consultation to ensure we are a good fit. If you decide to move forward, the client portal allows you to complete intake forms securely and conveniently.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and from the beginning, you can expect clarity, compassion, and practical direction.
