Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatrist providing outpatient care via telehealth. I completed my medical training and psychiatry residency with experience across inpatient, outpatient, and crisis settings, and I currently work with adults seeking thoughtful, evidence-based mental health care.

My clinical interests include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, OCD, and women’s mental health, including pregnancy and postpartum care. I place a strong emphasis on integrative psychiatry, collaborative treatment planning, and individualized care. My goal is to help patients better understand their symptoms and feel supported in navigating treatment options that fit their needs and lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, patient-centered, and evidence-based. I view psychiatric care as a partnership and work closely with each patient to understand their symptoms, history, goals, and concerns before making treatment decisions.

I emphasize careful diagnostic evaluation, medication management when appropriate, and integration of supportive psychotherapy and behavioral strategies. I value clear communication, education, and shared decision-making, and I aim to balance symptom relief with long-term well-being. Treatment plans are individualized and may evolve over time based on response, preferences, and changing circumstances.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a thorough psychiatric evaluation in a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. We will review current concerns, psychiatric and medical history, past treatments, and goals for care.

By the end of the visit, clients typically have a clearer understanding of possible diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps. When appropriate, we may discuss medication options, therapy recommendations, and practical strategies to begin addressing symptoms. My goal is for patients to leave the first session feeling heard, informed, and confident about the plan moving forward.
