ADD/ADHD

Great to meet you!

My passion is working with children through adults who live with neurodiversity (ASD/ADHD). I attained my Bachelor's of Social Psychology from Park University in 2013, Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2015, and Master of Education (Applied Behavior Analysis) from Arizona State University in 2017. I am providing home-based or telehealth services.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I gravitate toward Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as a guiding modality, focusing on building awareness of the emotional experiences that clients have and how those experiences impact day to day functioning. I also hold a certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, and utilize the principles of behavior to assist neurodivergent children and adults.

What you can expect from our first session

I have a passion for working alongside clients to find the solutions that will help them to reach their fullest potential. I believe each person has the answers within themselves, but it can help to start that journey with someone.
