Great to meet you!

When anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or the stress of trying to navigate life's demands begin feeling overwhelming, it can be difficult to know where to turn. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ concerns, stress management challenges, and relationship issues. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves or their partners, struggling to balance competing responsibilities, or searching for a space where they can show up fully as themselves. Whether you're navigating life transitions, relationship concerns, identity exploration, emotional overwhelm, or persistent stress, therapy can provide a supportive space to gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most. My goal is to help you create meaningful change while developing a stronger sense of confidence, self understanding, and emotional wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences without judgment. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and trauma informed, helping clients better understand the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be contributing to current challenges. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Strength Based approaches, and couples therapy principles to support meaningful growth and change. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, LGBTQIA+ experiences, stress management, emotional regulation, identity development, communication challenges, and life transitions. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you build healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and create sustainable progress that extends beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and affirming environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where you can openly explore challenges, gain deeper insight into yourself, and develop practical tools for navigating life's difficulties. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping skills, stronger relationships, improved emotional regulation, greater confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, identity exploration, or ongoing stress, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, connected, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity, balance, and self acceptance.
