Great to meet you!

Catie provides a nurturing space filled with acceptance, collaboration, and humor. She prides herself on being approachable, genuinely engaged, working to provide a safe environment for all gender, sexual and cultural identities. Catie enjoys working with adult clients with ADHD/ADD, eating disorders, and LGBTQ identities.

My approach to therapy

Catie's practice is oriented in Relational-Cultural Theory (RCT), which believes that individuals grow through connectedness. RCT is an Intersectional Feminist approach that allows me to bring social justice and multiculturalism in all forms into my work with clients. Catie also works within the Health and Every Size (HAES) and body neutrality models.

What you can expect from me

Catie believes that each client is capable of the change they seek and provides tools, challenges, and encouragement to reach them. Client's can expect skills to aid in reduction of anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and ability to manage executive functioning in a more compassionate way.
