Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with a passion and drive in this field that comes from the vision of living quality and meaningful lives. My treatment framework is an integration of psychodynamic & humanistic work integrated with behavioral strategies grounded in CBT to help promote change in these 3 components: thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My openness and down-to-earth therapeutic approach helps me develop connections with a diverse population of clients.

My approach to therapy

I work on meeting my clients where they're at. I am affirming, validating, empathetic and transparent. Everyone's needs are different, so I assess for what work one is ready to do. I help people unveil core beliefs that drive behaviors that are troublesome in their lives, and we work on developing adaptive narratives and healthier ways of coping with triggers.

What you can expect from me

My biggest goal is to hep provide a safe space. Clients can expect to have an authentic therapeutic relationship and experience that feels more like an organic human interaction.
