I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years experience working with individuals suffering from trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, and addiction. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which uses a combination of eye movements and various therapeutic modalities to treat trauma and other emotional stressors such as anxiety and depression.

I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor with many years experience working in substance abuse treatment.

Using ART, a client can expect reduction of negative sensations and images associated with trauma, depression or anxiety quickly, often in 2-3 sessions.

We start by building a relationship - feeling safe is important, and I want you to feel as comfortable as possible. I look forward to working with you to help you gain the tools to decrease emotional distress, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. This happens best in an arena of trust.
