Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Master's in Psychology/Educational Psychology from Capella University. I am clinically trained in multiple modalities to include EMDR, Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, and Trauma Psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy

I am focused on the healing and transformative power of psychotherapy to treat PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, personality disorders, substance use, and other mental health struggles. I am adept with individual, couples, family, and group therapy. I am client-centered, intuitive, and I see and heal the whole person rather than simply treat a diagnosis.

I am an enlightened empath, or sometimes called an empowered empath! This means I can see and work with the light and shadows of an individual's psyche. My philosophy is that each of us are the light and the shadow beautifully revealed when we are connected to the self.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will tell you a little more about my background and answer any questions you may have about me. Primarily, I will listen to you tell me what your struggling with and what your therapeutic goals are so I can be of maximum help to you!
