I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic mental health care. I specialized in helping adolescents and adults navigate conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related disorders. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Idaho State University. I forced my clinical training.
My approach to mental health care is collaborative. It requires looking at the whole person. Whether through targeted medication management or supportive psychotherapy. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and empowered.
Patient should expect a comprehensive 40-minute holistic assessment focused on understanding their unique needs, medical history, and treatment goals, collaborative goal setting, and a personalized care plan and follow-up scheduling.
