Great to meet you!

Finding a safe space where you feel truly heard is the first step toward healing and building lasting change. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s complexities. My foundation was built at Nova Southeastern University, where I received advanced training in Family Therapy. I am also a FL Qualified Supervisor, providing mentorship and oversight to Registered Interns pursuing licensure as a Marriage & Family Therapist or Mental Health Counselor.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is founded on a systemic perspective. This allows me to look beyond the individual, understanding the unique dynamics of your relationships, environment, and how each impact your daily life. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities to ensure our work is both practical and effective. Whether we are meeting for individual, couples, or family sessions, my goal is to provide a warm, open-minded, and supportive atmosphere where you can feel safe to explore and grow.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy to be a collaborative partnership. Starting therapy can feel daunting and overwhelming, but you won’t be in this alone. Together, we will work toward the specific goals you seek, building the set of tools and resilience needed to lead a more fulfilling life.
