Great to meet you!

I graduated from Oakland University with a master's in counseling and am a fully licensed counselor with the state of Michigan. I am on track to receive my certification for substance use. I have over 8 years' experience with working with addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and helping clients to build self-esteem, rediscovering who they are. I have a passion for working with families and couples, building communication, intimacy, and finances.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I actively listen to clients to identify what they need and how I can help them in therapy. My approach can range from talk therapy, solution focus, talking about how thoughts affect behaviors, how childhood can affect a person's habits now, learning attachment style, and encouraging them to walk through the process and be kind to themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to gain insight about what is going on within themselves and gain the power and permission to heal and make clear decisions, creating proper boundaries.
