Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I believe that we all should maintain our mental health as we do with anything else in life. I have been practicing for 6 years, and have loved every bit of watching my clients grow and become the best versions of themselves. My specialties are: couples work, young adults (18-40), and those struggling with anxiety, major life transitions, and grief. I hope to have the opportunity to meet with you to help you accomplish your goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

No two people are the same, therefore no two sessions will be the same as I believe everyone deserves and works best with an individual approach unique to each person(s). You are in the drivers seat, and I am the passenger gently guiding you and challenging you, ultimately getting you to your end goal. It is of the upmost importance to me that all my clients feel respected, heard, and empowered to advocate for their needs in life, starting with our sessions together.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session together will be an introductory session for you to share your story, what you hope to achieve, and you will have an opportunity to make sure that I am the right fit for you. We will work together on figuring out your specific goals and aspirations. From there, we will collaborate and work together on achieving these goals through various therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused approaches.
