Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Chris, and I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) passionate about my client's experiencing personal growth and breakthrough. I focus on where you've gotten stuck in unhealthy patterns and negative thinking. Awareness of what is holding you back is the first step toward positive change and healthy choices.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, meaning that I try to meet you right where you are. My primary methodologies are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and cognitive processing therapy (CPT) which focuses on past trauma. For many, the first step in getting the help you need is the hardest. I will do my best to walk alongside you on a path of healing and restoration.

What you can expect from me

I spend a lot of time helping my clients grow in self-awareness so that they can break cyclical patterns of thinking and behaving that are actually sabotaging their happiness. I am getting really good feedback from my current individual and couples related to breakthroughs and symptom relief.
