Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and medical social worker with a Master’s in Social Work, a mom, and a military spouse. I understand firsthand the challenges of juggling family, health, and life transitions, and I bring that perspective to help clients feel truly understood. I work with women and adults managing chronic health conditions, caregiver stress, and life changes, combining empathy, practical strategies, and culturally informed care. Together, we’ll create realistic steps to manage stress, build resilience, and feel more in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

I take a practical, collaborative, and culturally informed approach. I help clients manage stress, navigate life transitions, and build resilience with strategies that fit their daily lives. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding your unique challenges, goals, and priorities. I’ll ask questions about your background, current stressors, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we’ll begin exploring strategies and tools that can help you manage stress, navigate life transitions, and build resilience. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions, share what’s most important to you, and get a feel for my approach so we can see if it’s a good fit.
