Great to meet you!

Hello! I graduated with my Master's of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2021. I specialize in working with adults that have experienced trauma throughout their lives. I am trained in providing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in both virtual and in-person settings!

My approach to therapy

I want my clients to get the most out of their sessions. Each visit, we will focus on what you need on your path to wellness.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy creating a warm environment where clients can feel like they are welcome to be themselves--as unfiltered and real as they need to be. You will walk away from a session feeling heard, supported, and with a sense of direction for your next steps.
