Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker drawing from several years of experience in a school environment as well as counseling with individuals and families. I am committed to meeting you where you are, fostering genuine connections, and ensuring that you feel accepted and heard. My goal in each session is to learn about your experiences and goals to determine the best therapeutic strategies for your journey.

I work with individuals navigating a wide range of life’s challenges, offering a supportive space to explore stress, transitions, relationships, and emotional wellbeing. I also work with teens, especially those who may feel hesitant about therapy, helping them discover what sparks their interest and incorporating strengths in our sessions.

My approach to therapy

Whether you're navigating personal growth, life stress, or just looking for someone to listen, I’m here to offer both empathy and expertise. My hope is that when you leave our sessions, you feel empowered by your own story and confident in your ability to move forward, embracing both the highs and lows of your journey.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, build a real connection, and make sure you always feel heard and understood. I firmly believe that you are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to walk with you as we create personalized goals and treatment plans that fit you.
