Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Life can be challenging, especially when you're navigating change, feeling stuck, struggling with relationships, or questioning your next steps. My goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable exploring these challenges and developing the tools needed to move forward.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals who feel stuck between where they are and where they want to be. Whether you're adjusting to a new season of life, facing a difficult decision, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can provide a space to gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful change.

I view therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your life, and I am here to provide guidance, support, and practical strategies to help you reach your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing, so I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Together, we will explore patterns that may be contributing to distress, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges more effectively. While gaining insight is an important part of the therapeutic process, I also focus on helping clients create meaningful and sustainable changes in their daily lives.

Above all, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and respect.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation for our work together. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the experience.

You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My goal is to create a comfortable space where you can share at your own pace without feeling pressured to tell your entire story all at once. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals, and we'll begin identifying what feels most important to focus on moving forward.
