Great to meet you!

HELLO THERE and welcome to my safe space.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I am currently licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. I have several years of clinical experience working with individuals, families and groups of various ages, race, nationalities, and ethnicities. I have experience working in outpatient, psychiatric behavioral health, and hospice settings.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to provide a warm and welcoming environment, build rapport and trust, be affirming, open, yet honest. I tend to use an array of interventions and therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, etc. Therapy is a partnership, and as partners in your care, you and I will work together, to determine what therapeutic intervention(s) best fits you in addressing your needs.
