Claudia Williams

Claudia is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 7 years of experience providing individual and couples therapy to teens, young adults and adults. Claudia is a trauma-informed and strength-based therapist that uses compassionate care in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, relationship issues (divorce, infidelity, premarital counseling), low self-esteem and low self-worth.

Claudia works from a place of authenticity; seeing and hearing her clients in ways they've longed to be seen and heard which results in restoration and healing.

Claudia provides a safe haven for clients to gain courage to move out of the shadows and "just be". The shadows can represent a depressive or anxious state, insecurity, low self-esteem, abuse, or trauma; anywhere clients may find themselves hiding for fear of what is or what might become.
