Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who believes your experiences, identity, and body matter - not just your symptoms. I specialize in supporting people healing their relationship with food and their bodies, queer and trans folks navigating identity and trauma, neurodivergent clients, and those recovering from high-control environments like religious trauma. My style is warm, collaborative, affirming, and grounded in seeing you as the expert in your own life. I’m here to help you move toward clarity, peace, and a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.

My approach to therapy

I practice from a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens that centers your identity, lived experience, and values. I draw on evidence-based tools like ACT, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness while always prioritizing compassion, curiosity, and cultural affirmation. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you - it’s about creating space for your truth and building skills that work with your brain and body, not against them. I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore challenges and possibilities at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll get grounded in what brought you to therapy and what you most want to change, understand, or feel differently about. We’ll talk openly about your goals, any questions you have about the process, and how we might work together. You can expect a non-judgmental, accepting space where your story is heard and we collaboratively begin shaping a path forward. My goal is to help you leave feeling understood, seen, and more hopeful about what’s possible.
