Great to meet you!

My main hope for therapy is to support humans as they navigate the complex world of human emotion, mental health, and relationships. A good life can be hard, complicated, and challenging while a difficult life can still be rewarding, fulfilling, and well-lived. I seek to join with those who are struggling with that complexity to help them achieve the goals they have for themselves, to help them cope with inherent disappointments, losses, and stressors, and feel the joy of personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe that you are who you are today, because of every yesterday you've had. Because of that, I tend to integrate a mix of theories such as Solution-Focused, DBT, Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic, and Strengths-Based strategies. I specialize in a variety of topics such as addiction, OCD, anxiety, relationship dynamics, self esteem, and more while also understanding that many aspects of what brought you to therapy usually compound with one another.

What you can expect from me

I am currently doing telehealth only. My office hours vary by week, but I do offer session times before and after the traditional work week schedule to accommodate client needs. My goal is for you to leave every session with at minimum the following 2 things: 1) Validated feelings 2) An intention to place your focus for symptom improvement.
