I am Crystal Haase, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I graduated Frontier Nursing University with hones, with a specialty in psychiatry. I provide care to children, adults, and geriatric populations with mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, addiction, and psychosis. I have an extensive psychiatric background working inpatient over 10 years with adult and geriatric populations. I am passionate about screening, prevention, medication management, addiction recovery, and your physical, psychological, and social well-being, while providing compassionate patient care.
