Great to meet you!

I’m Cindy, a licensed mental health provider who is passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space for healing. I believe that every person brings unique strengths, and my role is to help you recognize and build on them. I value collaboration, honesty, and meeting you exactly where you are. My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and empowered throughout your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I focus on meeting clients where they are, honoring their lived experiences, and building on their strengths. I believe healing happens through connection, clarity, and developing practical skills that support lasting change. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and empowering, with the goal of helping you grow, heal, and move toward a more balanced and meaningful life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we take things at your pace. I’ll ask some gentle questions to get to know you—your goals, what brought you in, and what feels most important for you right now. We’ll talk about what therapy might look like together, and you’ll have room to ask questions or share any concerns. My focus is on helping you feel comfortable, supported, and understood as we begin working toward your wellness.
