Great to meet you!

I am Dr. Singh, a clinician with an MD background, specializing in mental health, committed to providing evidence-based care that supports individuals in achieving their wellness goals and improving overall functioning.

My approach to therapy

Drawing from a range of psychotherapeutic modalities, I tailor my approach to suit the individual needs and circumstances of each client. Whether working with children, teens, adults, or couples from various backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs, I provide care that fosters meaningful progress. With an MD from India, a Master's in Public Health, and extensive training as a Mental Health Clinician with a dual emphasis on marriage and family therapy and clinical counseling, I bring a comprehensive skill set to my practice. Beyond my clinical experience, I've held leadership roles as a clinic director and consultant with non-profit organizations. This further fueled my passion for understanding the science and art of behavioral health. I believe that a healthy mind is essential for overall well-being, echoing the motto of my medical school, "Mens sana in corpore sano." Through my work, I strive to bridge the gap in mental health care and empower individuals to prioritize their psychological well-being. As a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor, I'm proud to be part of the team at Rula.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start building a safe, comfortable space for you to share openly. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’d like to achieve, and any concerns or questions you might have. I’ll also explain how I work, so you know what to expect moving forward. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful, with a clearer sense of the next steps on your path to healing.
