Great to meet you!

I love working to resolve the roots of anxiety and depression. I work from a holistic standpoint, incorporating attachment Polyvagal Theory and Attachment Theory to address foundational ruptures in identity and the reasons certain behaviors and thoughts seem to dominate our lives. I utilize several modalities to engage in self regulation and identification of nervous system distress and then deeper experiential work for integration, growth, and healing.

My approach to therapy

My Approach is holistic, often starting from attachment wounds in early life, focusing on identifying and regulating nervous system distress, allowing for a deeper focus on resolving the underlying reasons for symptoms of anxiety, depression, and behaviors

What you can expect from me

You should expect to have a conversation that helps outline the current issues, as well as some background on when and how these issues started to interfere with your daily life.
