Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma-informed therapist helping adults manage anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and traumatic experiences. I’ve worked with first responders, veterans, and individuals navigating substance use, as well as people in high-stress roles. I was also a Division I collegiate athlete and have experience working with athletes, which gives me a strong understanding of performance pressure, identity, and the mental demands that come with high-level competition. I hold a Master of Social Work degree and am a licensed clinical social worker. My approach blends evidence-based therapies with a collaborative, grounded style, focusing on helping you feel more connected to yourself and able to move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered, collaborative approach, believing that meaningful change happens when you feel safe, seen, and heard. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), among other evidence based therapies to support you in processing emotions, understanding your experiences, and building practical skills for coping and growth. In sessions, we focus on identifying what supports you and what may be holding you back, addressing difficult experiences gently while strengthening self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you want from therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out. I’ll guide the conversation, ask questions to understand your goals, and help you start making sense of what’s going on. We’ll also talk about how I work and what therapy might look like moving forward. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and whether we're a good fit for each other.
