Great to meet you!

Everyone deserves a space to feel understood and supported during life’s most vulnerable moments. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida specializing in eating disorders, body image concerns, mood instability, maternal mental health and life transitions. I have 8+ years of experience in the mental health field in various roles and settings. My approach is collaborative and draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, and Positive Psychology to build emotional regulation and lasting coping tools. Therapy is a space to feel empowered, grounded, and connected to your authentic self.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative, compassionate space to explore emotions, patterns, and experiences without judgment. Sessions meet clients where they are—whether diving deep or simply getting through the day. Treatment draws from DBT, CBT, ACT, and Positive Psychology to support emotional regulation, self-compassion, and lasting coping skills. Focus often includes value alignment, identity work, and practical tools to use beyond session. Healing is paired with forward movement, helping clients feel more grounded and intentional in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, validating space that balances emotional safety with meaningful challenge. Sessions focus on building insight, practical coping skills, and a stronger connection to personal values. Common goals include improving emotional regulation, reducing shame, and fostering self-compassion. For those navigating eating disorders or body image struggles, therapy supports separating identity from the disorder and rebuilding trust with the body. The hope is that each session leaves clients feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected to their authentic self.
