Great to meet you!

Rooted in attachment theory and taking a relational and psychodynamic view, Dani believes deeply that psychotherapy is a mix of science and magic; combining evidence-based practices with deep empathy to foster healing and exploration.

My approach to therapy

Dani has been trained in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, peri-natal mood disorders, in addition to mindful meditation, breath work and yogic philosophy. Dani has clinical interests in psychedelics, integration and relational psychodynamics. Her expertise in child development, relationships, and family of origin conflict help people gain deeper insight into who they are and who they want to be.

What you can expect from me

Passion for the experiences of others and the ways we can move closer to empathy and clarity continue to help guide her work and give her both personal and professional satisfaction. Our vulnerabilities and authentic responses reveal an inner strength that can help us walk upright and clear-headed in a sometimes confusing and lonely world.
