Great to meet you!

You’re already okay—you just don’t see it yet. Let’s work together to heal wounds and unlock your potential.

My life has always blended the arts and service. I joined the Marines right out of high school, then pursued a degree in studio art at NYU, living the artist’s life for many years. Drawn to expand my service, I worked with adjudicated youth in maximum-security residential treatment and later spent a decade leading specialized education programs for underserved youth, training schools in restorative practices and social-emotional learning.

Realizing how therapeutic my work had become, I earned my MSW and clinical social work license to fully dedicate myself to the art of therapy. Now, I focus on trauma, resilience, and guiding others toward their fullest potential.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in mindfulness, insight, and acceptance, helping clients process difficult experiences and create meaningful change. I provide a supportive space where clients can explore patterns keeping them stuck and develop skills for emotional regulation, stress reduction, and decision-making. I focus on transformation, using adversity as a catalyst for growth, and believe in my clients’ ability to move beyond perceived limitations. My work is trauma-informed, emphasizing post-traumatic growth and resilience. Each session is tailored to the individual, drawing from evidence-based practices while remaining client-centered and flexible.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients gain new insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, allowing them to break free from limiting patterns. They also leave with practical tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and navigate challenges with greater clarity. My goal is for clients to feel empowered, resilient, and equipped to make meaningful changes in their lives.
