Great to meet you!

I am glad you found me here! I offer you over 10 years of experience as a therapist including extensive work with trauma and substance use. I specialize in supporting clients in handling symptoms they have felt overwhelmed by for years. Many people report feeling emotionally flooded, sleep deprived, and lack of motivation, especially after difficult or unexpected life changes. These reactions are often rooted in past experiences the nervous system hasn’t fully recovered from. When symptoms begin to affect your daily life, support can help you regain a sense of stability and control.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma‐informed, compassionate, and paced to your comfort. I help clients understand how past experiences may influence their current emotions, relationships, and coping patterns. Together, we build safety, strengthen internal resources, and develop practical tools for healing and resilience. I honor each person’s unique history, strengths, and ways of making meaning, and I tailor therapy to what feels supportive and empowering for you.

What you can expect from me

Our relationship will begin with gaining insight into your current struggles and obstacles as well as the strengths that have gotten you this far. We will work together to navigate toward an improved quality of life and to help you reach your goals.
