Great to meet you!

Hello. I am a therapist with over 20 years of experience working with adults who struggle with various issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, relationship conflict, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

Hello and welcome. I offer a warm, safe, and supportive space where you can begin to better understand how the challenges you’re facing may be impacting different areas of your life — including your emotional and physical well-being, relationships, work, and family life. Together, we will gently explore what’s been weighing on you and develop tools to help you cope more effectively, build resilience, and feel more supported as you navigate these experiences.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel scary and overwhelming, and I want you to know that those feelings are completely understandable. I have deep respect for the courage it takes to reach out and take this first step. Our first session is meant to feel supportive and low-pressure — a time for us to get to know one another and for me to share how I work. You can begin to talk about what brought you to therapy at your own pace. There’s no rush — we’ll move slowly and thoughtfully, together.
