Hello! I’m a trauma therapist who creates a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where your story can unfold at your pace. I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard. My approach is person-centered, meaning our work is guided by your goals and what feels meaningful to you. I also support clients navigating anxiety and substance use—challenges that often stem from deeper pain. Whether you're facing chronic worry or using substances to cope, I’ll help you build insight, manage stress, and reconnect with your sense of peace.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches-always tailored to fit you. Whether you're coping with the impact of childhood trauma, navigating the aftermath of a difficult life experience, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I’ll help you explore the underlying roots of your struggles—not just manage symptoms.

I treat anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and substance use disorders. During our initial sessions, we will delve into the issues at hand and try to have a clearer picture of how your concerns have been impacting your life. We will work together for a treatment plan that feels right. When working with trauma, you have options of using EMDR or CPT, whichever one feels right and more comfortable to you.
