Great to meet you!

You should know that I specialize in working with women who’ve been emotionally neglected, overworked, and pushed into strength long before they were ready. My clients are often high-achieving, deeply self-aware women who appear “put together” on the outside but silently struggle with burnout, people-pleasing, and never feeling like enough.

I bring a warm, grounded, and collaborative presence into the therapy space. I’m not here to judge you or rush your healing. I’m here to help you understand yourself with compassion, reconnect with the parts of you that have been carrying too much, and build a life that actually feels like yours — not one that’s shaped by survival mode.

If you want a therapist who listens deeply, challenges lovingly, and celebrates your growth every step of the way, I’m here.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I help clients move past coping and into meaningful, lasting change by exploring the parts of you that protect, perform, shut down, or over-function.

I combine IFS with somatic awareness, attachment work, and practical strategies that support real-life transformation. I don’t believe healing is about becoming a “better version” of yourself — it’s about remembering who you were before you had to be so strong.

In therapy with me, you’ll learn how to:

  • understand and soothe your inner protective parts
  • set boundaries without guilt
  • untangle your identity from your achievements
  • rest without feeling like you’re failing
  • reconnect with your needs, desires, and intuition
  • develop emotional safety within yourself
  • heal patterns created by childhood neglect or parentification

My style is warm, honest, and deeply attuned. I hold space for both your softness and your strength.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a calm, grounding experience — not an interrogation, not a performance, and not a place where you have to have everything figured out.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • We’ll explore what brings you to therapy in this season of your life.
  • You’ll have space to share your story at your own pace — no pressure, no rushing.
  • I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help us understand the patterns and burdens you’ve been carrying.
  • We’ll begin identifying the parts of you that are overwhelmed, tired, or longing for change.
  • We’ll talk about your goals for therapy and what healing could look like for you.
  • I’ll explain how IFS works and how we’ll use it to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident.

Most clients say they leave their first session feeling lighter, more hopeful, and relieved to finally have a space where they don’t have to be the strong one.
