For over a decade, I've specialized in helping people with anxiety, early trauma, and/or adult ADHD find balance, restore their confidence, and reclaim a sense of true self. You can find new ways to shift out of exhausting old habits as we go beyond talk therapy and skills training. Somatic approaches are designed to unstick old survival patterns, so you can be more present and live from your authentic self.
My approach is best described as attachment-based and somatic-focused IFS and EMDR. These gentle, collaborative, mind-body approaches are designed to help you step out from the overwhelm and heal what's beneath the patterns holding you back from the life you want.
