Great to meet you!

Do anxious overthinking and overwhelmed avoiding interfere with your life? Reach out. I have over a decade of experience specializing in anxiety, early trauma, and adult ADHD. I also treat people recovering from past emotional abuse.

I don't treat depression, bipolar, addiction, current abuse, eating disorders, chronic pain, suicidality or self harm. But others do, so please keep searching if those are part of your need, so you can find a good match

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is best described as mainly somatic-focused IFS and EMDR. These gentle, collaborative, mind-body approaches are designed to help you quiet the talk and heal what's underneath the symptoms and patterns holding you back from the life you want.

What you can expect from our first session

You can find new ways to shift out of exhausting old patterns as we go beyond talk therapy and skills training. In gentle ways, we'll focus on the early issues underlying your symptoms, so you can respond to life's challenges by choice and live from your authentic self.
