Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and practical strategies for growth. My work is rooted in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, experiences, and goals without fear of criticism. I specialize in working with adults facing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions. I believe therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and tailored to each person’s needs, and I bring both professional expertise and real-world understanding to the process.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions with a person-centered, trauma-informed framework. I integrate holistic and practical tools to address not just emotional well-being, but also the mental, relational, and lifestyle factors that impact a client’s life. Sessions are a balance of compassionate listening, constructive feedback, and actionable strategies clients can apply right away. I believe in meeting clients where they are, honoring their unique story, and helping them discover new ways to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater self-awareness, practical tools for managing challenges, and a deeper sense of confidence in their ability to handle life’s ups and downs. My goal is for each client to feel supported, heard, and equipped with strategies that promote long-term emotional health and personal growth. Over time, clients often report feeling more in control of their thoughts and emotions, more connected to themselves and others, and more confident in making decisions that align with their values.
