Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, I believe mental health is the foundation for a meaningful, balanced life. With over 8 years of experience in Westport, Fairfield, Norwalk, Weston, Southport, and Wilton, I understand that seeking guidance and support takes real courage. My diverse experience spans crisis calls, emergency rooms, and therapy sessions. I am dedicated to helping clients find clarity, build resilience, and create lasting change in their lives. I specialize in Exposure and Responce prevention, DBT, Trauma-Focused Care, Grief Counseling, and Schema Therapy.

My approach to therapy

I use tailored interventions, selecting therapeutic techniques that best suit each client's preferences and circumstances.

Integrating each person's personal history, experiences, and background into the therapy process to understand their struggles and tailor interventions accordingly. I am mindful of cultural, social, and familial factors that may influence their choices. Client feedback is necessary; I encourage clients to provide input on the therapy process and adjust based on their feedback. This fosters a collaborative environment

I consider the client's physical, emotional, and social well-being, using a combination of therapeutic approaches to address various aspects of their lives. Creating a supportive environment is essential; I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves. I show empathy and compassion, making clients feel understood and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain:

  1. Clarity and Self-Understanding: Insights into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, leading to greater self-awareness.
