I’m a Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in family medicine, addiction care, correctional medicine, urgent care, and occupational health. I take a whole-person approach to every conversation.
My approach is grounded, collaborative, and centered on the whole person, and I prefer to work alongside my patients as partners. My focus is on medication management; First starting an open conversation and creating a non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported, especially when things feel overwhelming. I believe it's also important to have respect for each individual’s unique experiences. Together, we move at a pace that feels both comfortable and manageable, we'll build a care plan that meets you where you are, check in as needed, and work with you to support meaningful, sustainable change.
