Great to meet you!

Searching for a therapist is a brave and proactive step. It is a profound commitment to face life challenges with the support of a professional, and yet it can be difficult to find a therapist with whom you connect and feel a sense of belonging. As a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in mental health, agency, and school settings, I have worked with individuals across a range of cultural backgrounds, nationalities, and ages. I work with clients experiencing a range of struggles, including depression, anxiety, relationship/family problems, trauma, and grief. I am currently booking appointments with adults.

My approach to therapy

I have a strengths-based, trauma-informed, holistic approach to therapy, rooted in the knowledge that each client responds to and benefits from a variety of modalities. In the beginning of your healing journey with me, I listen with curiosity and help you find meaning in your life experiences. I respect your unique pace in doing this intimate work, as you are the expert on your own needs. I also challenge you to see your struggles from different perspectives, encouraging you to recognize and celebrate your growth. And throughout, I remain mindful that it is a privilege to serve as a support as you navigate hardships and clear away what stands between you and the life you envision and deserve.

What you can expect from me

My goal, first and foremost, is to create a safe space for clients in which they feel seen, heard and supported. Unpacking personal struggles requires courage and vulnerability, and I am committed to partnering with you to engage in this deep emotional work. I look forward to helping you develop greater self-awareness, explore solutions, and find your inner resources on your path to transformation.
