Bipolar Disorder and Depression

Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome. I want to appreciate your courage in taking that initial bold step in seeking help for your mental health needs. I have extensive education as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in treating ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar disorder and other complex mental disorders. I have the experience it takes to provide you with quality care.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am compassionate and attentive and that will allow me to tailor your treatment to your unique needs. Do not let the stigma surrounding mental illness to hold you down. Let's take this journey of bringing out the best version of yourself together. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from our first session

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in treatment. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together to create the right treatment plan to make these goals a reality for you.
